Honest, upfront rates with no hidden fees. Work can be carried out on hourly rates, a fixed price, an estimate, or day rates — whichever suits the job best.
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT (charged at the prevailing rate).
How We Charge
Every job is different, so we offer four flexible ways to price your work — always agreed with you before we start.
Hourly Rates
Pay for the time the job takes. Ideal for repairs, leaks, and smaller works where the scope is hard to predict.
Fixed Price
A single agreed price for common jobs such as boiler servicing and gas safety certificates. No surprises.
Estimate
For larger or bespoke projects we provide a free, no-obligation written estimate before any work begins.
Day Rates
For full-day and multi-day projects we offer competitive day rates. Get in touch for a tailored quote.
Hourly Rates
Charged by the time on site. The first hour includes the call-out; thereafter time is charged in half-hour increments, rounded up.
Daytime
7am – 6pm
call-out & first hour
Then £80 per hour, charged in half-hour increments rounded up.
Evening
6pm – 12am
per hour
Evening call-outs charged at the hourly rate shown.
Nights, Weekends & Bank Holidays
12am – 7am
per hour
Applies to overnight work and all weekend and bank holiday call-outs.

Boiler Service
Full service to keep your boiler running safely and efficiently.
Boiler Service + Gas Safety Certificate
Our most popular package — service and certificate together, saving you money.
Gas Safety Certificate
Covers up to 2 appliances. £20 per additional appliance thereafter.
Power Flush
Restore your central heating's efficiency by clearing sludge and debris from the system. Every radiator and towel rail on the system must be included in a power flush.
Set-up fee
One-off charge per power flush.
Per radiator
Charged for every radiator and towel rail on the system.
Example: a system with 8 radiators would be £300 set-up + (8 × £65) = £820 + VAT.

For larger or non-standard work, we'll assess the job and provide a free, no-obligation written estimate so you can plan with confidence.
Day Rates
